Our client is an award-winning Vancouver-based General Contracting & Commercial Construction firm.

CHALLENGE
To replace the in-house lead generation staff that was ineffective and killed our client's budget. Do what the previous regime could not do, which our client thought was not possible, infiltrate the commercial real estate market and set up qualified appointments for the sales team-and at times, the CEO. We worked directly with the CEO on this campaign. Our client hired us during different times of the year, when it was typically slow for them.

STRATEGY
Our strategy was three-fold. We split our team up, having one team reaching out to entry level commercial real estate agents that were hungry for new opportunities. The other team reached out directly to commercial real estate firms, architects, leading designers, construction managers and set up appointments with senior staff. We used Green Pages to see what commercial developers were planning as far as new construction projects.

RESULTS
We over exceeded our client's expectations. We generated so many opportunities that our client were able to close, that kept them busy for years.
