HEALTH TECH 

Our client is an innovative Canadian Health Tech firm dedicated to giving companies and patients access to quality, real-time healthcare, by combining leading edge technology with an exceptional national network of healthcare professionals.

CHALLENGE

Build out a sales outreach strategy, involving design and execution of a sales playbook (for this campaign and future sales and marketing employees to follow), a call list targeting specific niche verticals in North America and to generate qualified leads for our client.  We collaborated closely with the Director of Operations and followed their instructions when designing, developing and executing materials and cold calls--while our client listened to our expertise in certain situations. There was no inside sales team before we came onboard, so we built everything and executed strategies from the ground up.

STRATEGY

Cold call local companies to set up web-demos for the Director of Operations and their staff. Once we executed and finished with our client's local market, we had enough proof of concept to build this out throughout the rest of Canada and into the US. We originally reached out to SMBs, then added Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 prospects where we were very successful in qualifying and securing into web-demo appointments for our client. In addition to that, we captured permission based emails for our client's email drip-list, so they could start email campaigns to prospects on a weekly basis.

RESULTS

We were able to generate enough qualified engagement from prospects that helped our client grow exponentially. Their sales team had a closing ratio of 20% Through rapid growth with the help of our lead generation efforts, our client was able to sell their company, which was their original plan.
